Surgery planned around the anatomy you already have.

A specialist practice where the surgeon who plans your procedure is the surgeon who performs it. Every consultation starts with an individual assessment, in English, before anything is decided.

What this practice treats

Each specialty is led directly by the operating surgeon, with the functional and the aesthetic side of the problem assessed together rather than in sequence.

Our approach

How care is actually delivered

01

One surgeon, start to finish

The surgeon who assesses you plans the operation and performs it. Nothing is delegated between the consultation and the theatre.

02

Structure before appearance

Support is rebuilt first. A result that sits on an unstable framework does not hold its shape, however well it looks at three weeks.

03

Function assessed alongside form

Breathing, symmetry and movement are examined as part of every aesthetic plan, not referred elsewhere afterwards.

04

English throughout, not just at reception

Consultation, consent, post-operative instructions and follow-up all happen in English, so nothing about your care depends on a translation you cannot check.

Questions patients raise first

Consultation

Start with an assessment, not a quote.

Send your history and photographs before you travel. You will get an honest read on what is achievable for your anatomy — including when the answer is that surgery is not the right step.

How is my candidacy for surgery assessed?

+

Assessment covers the underlying structure, the condition of the overlying tissue and, where relevant, function. Imaging is used where the anatomy is complex. For revision cases most surgeons require 12 months or more since the previous operation so the tissue has settled.

Who performs the operation?

+

The surgeon you consult with. Ask any practice to confirm this in writing — in some clinics the consulting surgeon and the operating surgeon are different people, which is worth knowing before you commit.

How long should I plan to stay?

+

For most facial procedures, 7 to 10 days covers the operation, splint or suture removal around day 7, and a fit-to-fly check before a long-haul flight. Your surgeon will confirm the window for your specific procedure.

What are the risks?

+

Every surgical procedure carries risk — bleeding, infection, asymmetric healing, and the possibility that a revision is wanted later. Individual anatomy and healing response vary, so outcomes cannot be guaranteed in advance. A consultation that does not discuss this openly is not a complete consultation.

How is aftercare handled once I fly home?

+

Written post-operative instructions in English, plus a direct channel to the clinic for questions during recovery. Ask what the response time is and who answers — that matters more than the existence of a contact address.
