1. Items of Personal Information Collected and Purpose of Use

When you submit an online consultation inquiry, we collect your name, contact details, country of residence, areas of dermatological interest, and inquiry message solely for scheduling your 1:1 dermatologist consultation and responding to your medical inquiry.

2. Retention Period and Destruction of Personal Data

Online consultation inquiries are destroyed without delay once the purpose of consultation scheduling is fulfilled, unless retention is required by the Medical Service Act (medical records are retained in accordance with statutory medical record retention periods). Electronic files are permanently deleted using technical methods that prevent recovery.

3. Rights of Patients and Data Subjects

Patients may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their submitted personal information at any time through our online inquiry form or at the reception desk on the 10th floor of L Tower, Haeundae-gu, Busan.
